  Polyphenol compounds mainly refer to a class of natural products composed of two or more hydroxyl groups (-OH) or methoxy groups (-OMe) directly combined with aromatic hydrocarbon groups. They are widely found in plants and have strong antioxidant properties. Antibacterial and enzyme-inhibiting properties, anti-tumor and other multifunctional natural products. The main structure includes flavonoids, quinones, alkaloids, phenylpropanoids and other polyphenols.

  The library currently includes 198 polyphenolic natural products, covering most of the polyphenolic natural products on the market for drug screening, and the number of M+C series after derivatization and modification has reached ~950. The library continues to increase, providing new and diverse screening tools for drug screening. Table 1 shows some of the natural phenolic products and the sites of post-modification probe molecules.
